A seminar that considers how to lead from a feminist, egalitarian perspective while still accepting the authority and necessary power that comes with being an administrator. The seminar will consider how to build teams; how to support staff; how to “message” administrative values with clarity and care to multiple audiences; and how to maintain your own vision while enacting an institutional mission. Our work will be discussion-based; bring questions, ideas, concerns.
