The Program in Teacher Preparation is proud to announce the selection of An Chu ’17, Natalie Rodriguez-Nelson ’18, and Katie Zaeh ’10 as recipients of the 2018 State of New Jersey Distinguished Clinical Intern Award.  Fifteen student teachers are selected for the award each year by the New Jersey Department of Education, recognizing the recipients as the top graduates from the 25 educator preparation programs in New Jersey’s colleges and universities.  The awards were presented in a ceremon

Todd Kent, named the director of the Program in Teacher Preparation/Teacher Certification

The Office of the Dean of the College is pleased to announce that Todd Kent will be the director of the Program in Teacher Preparation/Teacher Certification, effective July 17, 2017. Kent will provide leadership for the program, which has been reorganized to focus primarily on teacher certification and various outreach initiatives to local school districts.
