Holly Markovitz Goldstein '00

Teacher Prep inspired and prepared me for the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching. Firsthand teaching in a classroom, strong guidance from Princeton faculty, and keen mentorship from my supporting teaching mentor prepared me for a life in education.

Holly is currently an Art History Professor and a thesis advisor for undergrad and graduate students at Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA.  She has been a teacher for 19 years and prior to her current role is higher education, she taught at an independent High School.  After graduating from Princeton, Holly went on to earn an M.A. and a Ph.D. in art history from Boston University.

Her love of learning and teaching, and her students keep Holly motivated, passionate, excited about her work in the field of education.
