Barbara McCormack has been with the Program in Teacher Preparation since joining the University in 1991. She has assumed major responsibility for supporting four principle components of the Program: Teachers as Scholars, the Distinguished Secondary Teaching Award, the High School Program, and student placement. She also coordinates the Annenberg Fellowship at Eton College and The Colet Fellowship at St. Paul’s.

Barbara always strives to make those who visit Teacher Prep feel valued and welcome. She creates a pleasant and supportive atmosphere for anyone who enters the Teacher Prep office.

Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband, Ray, their three daughters, and their families, which includes seven grandchildren. Barb’s hobbies include reading and knitting; she belongs to several knitting groups.
